« Tania » is a silent portrait in which identity seems deliberately blurred, as if it were gradually fading away to make way for the other. Through subdued zones and deliberately blurred or unfinished contours, the work explores this tendency to forget oneself, to disappear into the relationship, to the point of losing one’s own bearings. The almost absent gaze hints at a discreet yet profound presence, a tension between disappearance and resistance, dissolution and truth. Tania embodies that fragile moment when we still wonder whether we exist for ourselves… or only through the eyes of the other.
