How do I order a custom painting ?
Once I have received your payment and your specifications (desired colours), I prepare your painting. I can contact you if I have insufficient information. Within 2 to 4 weeks, I will send you a photo of the canvas by e-mail. You can then ask me to make changes. Once the canvas is validated, I will send it to you within 1 to 3 days.
The painting I wanted is sold. What should I do?
Unfortunately, a painting is a unique work. Once it is sent to its new owner, it is too late. You can always order a custom painting in the shop. If it is not a custom paintings but a one-off, please contact me in case I have a similar one available.
Can I order a custom portrait?
I am asked to do so but I have made the choice not to offer personalized portraits. I can paint you a pop art portrait of a female character from a TV show or movie, but not a personal portrait on a photo. I spend a lot of time choosing and working on my model, which I could not do with a standard photo.
Some artists are specialized in photo portraits, so I prefer to let these specialists do it to be sure that you will like the result !
Can I order my painting already framed ?
Malheureusement je ne propose pas ce service, mais mes toiles ont des formats normés (français ou européens), vous pouvez donc vous rendre chez votre encadreur local pour qu’il le réalise à votre goût.
How does the delivery work?
The canvas is wrapped in bubble wrap and protected by a quality cardboard box. The shipment of a unique model takes place between 1 and 3 days after receipt of payment. Customized canvases are shipped within 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of payment and the complete customization request, to give me time to make your artwork. Everything is sent via UPS (or other carrier depending on the size of the package), with a 3 to 5 day delivery time. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Can I exchange/return my painting?
You have 14 days to return the painting if you do not like it. You will be able to send the painting back at your expense with a tracking number and ask for a refund (shipping costs deducted as they are not refundable). Consult the Terms and conditions of sale.

How do I maintain the quality of my canvas once it is received?
gTo avoid damaging your painting:
- do not put it on a wall with a lot of light (sun or moon) or above a heat source (fireplace, radiator).
- Put it in a room with a stable temperature and no humidity (not in the bathroom or kitchen).
- Do not clean it with detergents (solvent or soap), but with a soft, dry cloth.

Can we buy your paintings on other websites?
Some of my paintings are available for sale on the online art gallery Artmajeur or Saatchi Art, but the prices on these platforms may vary according to their commissions. I therefore advise you to order directly from my website. I promise you the same seriousness in the treatment of your order.
