Can I order a commissioned painting ?
Commissions are only made for abstract artworks. You can contact the artist directly to explain your project.
The painting I wanted is sold. What should I do?
Unfortunately, a painting is a unique work. Morgane Parmentier only make unique artworks and won’t make the same twice. Once it is in a private collection, it is too late.
Can I order a custom portrait?
Morgane Parmentier has made the choice not to offer personalized portraits. She spends a lot of time choosing and working on her model, which she could not do with a standard photo.
Can I order my painting already framed ?
Morgane Parmentier doesn’t offer this service, but canvases come in standard sizes (French or European), so you can take them to your local framer to have them framed.
How does the delivery work?
The canvas is wrapped in bubble wrap and protected by a quality cardboard box. The shipment takes place between 2 and 5 days after receipt of payment.
Everything is sent via UPS or DHL. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Can I exchange/return my painting?
You have 14 days to return the painting if you do not like it. You will be able to send the painting back at your expense with a tracking number and ask for a refund (shipping costs deducted as they are not refundable). Consult the Terms and conditions of sale.
How do I install my painting on the wall?
All canvases are delivered with a hanging system with a strong iron thread. A hook (hook of this type for example) is enough to install it. Measure your wall to place the hook in the middle and at the desired height.
How do I maintain the quality of my canvas once it is received?
To avoid damaging your painting:
- do not put it on a wall with a lot of light (sun or moon) or above a heat source (fireplace, radiator).
- Put it in a room with a stable temperature and no humidity (not in the bathroom or kitchen).
- Do not clean it with detergents (solvent or soap), but with a soft, dry cloth.
Can we buy your paintings on other websites?
