"Cristina" is a contemporary portrait conceived as a tension between fragility and healing. The face, rendered in an aesthetic inspired by kintsugi, reveals golden scars that do not seek to hide flaws but to reveal them. Under black light, the work transforms: a cry emerges from the face, invisible in natural light, like a second, rawer, more instinctive reading. This shift highlights what often remains contained: emotions silenced, compressed beneath the surface, until they become almost foreign to the person carrying them.
