“My heart is raining” is an abstract painting inspired by lyrical abstraction and abstract expressionism, where the landscape becomes a pretext for exploring matter, texture and color. She invites the viewer to become immersed in the atmospheric ambience, rather than seeking a realistic representation.
It explores contrast, not only in terms of color and texture, but also in terms of emotion. The bright light of the sky and the golden branches contrasting with the surrounding darkness attempt to evoke themes of resilience, sadness and inner confusion.
