“Lucia” is a contemporary portrait that explores identity through the prism of the visible and the invisible. The face is intensely visible, but its bluish contours reveal an inner space made up of shadows and resonances. The gold, a luminous burst that emerges in the background, symbolizes what lies beyond appearance: an intimate, often hidden force that reveals itself despite wounds. Between a frontal gaze and veiled areas, this work invites the viewer to question their own identity: what is shown to the world, and what remains secret, fragile, luminous.
