This portrait is part of my “Women warriors” collection, where I use icons from popular culture to convey a feminist message and highlight Women and their power, sometimes underestimated. You just have to let your light shine through and find your inner strengh, as symbolised by these golden splatters. Here, Lagertha Lothbrok is the image of the strong woman : being at the same a mother, a warrior and later a leader.

A blue and gold pop art portrait of Katheryn Winnick in the role of Lagertha Lothbrok in the Vikings series.
