“Aube” (dawn), abstract painting 50x70cm (Original)

Inspired by my other abstract entitled "the darkest hour", dawn wants to evoke this moment when the light of the sun emerge from the darkness of the night, meaning that even in dark times, we can see the light because the sun will always rise in the morning.

A bright golden line runs across the canvas, separating the two blue backgrounds and acting as a luminous boundary between night and day. This bright golden ligns evoke the imminent brilliance of the new day on the horizon. It embodies hope, the promise of renewal and the conviction that even in the deepest darkness, light will eventually emerge.

The use of dark blue against light blue invites us to contemplate the duality of life, where the beauty of dawn is all the more striking when it follows the darkest night.
